Terms of Service
Last updated: June 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of atlas-insights.world, including all digital assessments, preview reports, paid reports, emails, and related services offered by Atlas Insights.
2.1 Provider
Atlas Insights
Bahnhofstraße 58
69151 Neckargemünd
Germany
Email: support.atlas.insights@gmail.com
2.2 Eligibility
The service is intended only for natural persons who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using the service, the user represents that they meet these requirements.
2.3 Service description
Atlas Insights offers digital assessments and generates preview and paid reports based on user-provided information, responses, scoring logic, and interpretive frameworks. The service may evolve over time and may include additional assessments, features, tools, recommendation layers, integrations, or automated analysis modules.
2.4 No professional advice
The service is provided for informational, educational, and self-reflection purposes only. Atlas Insights does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, tax, financial, employment, or other regulated professional advice. Assessment outputs are not diagnoses, treatment recommendations, guarantees of business success, hiring decisions, or predictions of future outcomes.
2.5 No guarantees
Atlas Insights makes no guarantee that any report, score, profile, or recommendation is complete, error-free, scientifically exhaustive, suitable for a particular purpose, or predictive of real-world performance, personality, business success, or life outcomes. Users remain solely responsible for their decisions and actions.
2.6 User obligations
- provide truthful and accurate information to the best of their knowledge,
- use the service only for lawful purposes,
- not interfere with the operation or security of the service,
- not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service except as permitted by law,
- not use the service in a way that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.
2.7 Orders and payment
A user may receive a free preview of certain assessment outputs and may pay to unlock the full digital report. Prices shown at checkout apply at the time of purchase. Payment processing is handled by Stripe or another designated provider.
Atlas Insights may refuse, limit, or cancel orders where there is suspected fraud, abuse, technical error, legal risk, or breach of these Terms.
2.8 Delivery of digital content
Paid reports are delivered digitally, including through on-screen access, email delivery, or both. The user is responsible for entering a valid email address and checking spam or filtered folders where relevant.
2.9 Right of withdrawal for digital content
If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer law, they may ordinarily have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right may expire once performance has begun after the consumer has expressly agreed that performance should begin before the withdrawal period ends and has acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal as a result.
Before purchasing, Atlas Insights may request the user's express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right for digital content once delivery begins. If this consent and acknowledgment are properly obtained, the statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply after performance starts.
If legally required withdrawal rights apply in a particular case, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2.10 Refunds
Because the service consists of digital content delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are generally excluded once the paid report has been made available, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or where Atlas Insights chooses to grant a goodwill refund in an individual case.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
2.11 Intellectual property
All website content, assessment content, scoring systems, report structures, branding, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases are protected by intellectual-property rights owned by or licensed to Atlas Insights, unless otherwise stated. Purchase of a report grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased report for personal internal use only.
Users may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or its outputs except as expressly permitted by law or by written permission.
2.12 Availability and changes
Atlas Insights may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, to the extent legally permitted. Features, pricing, report formats, question sets, scoring logic, and product scope may change over time.
2.13 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Insights is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to use of the service. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law, except where mandatory statutory liability applies.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, fraudulent concealment, product liability where applicable, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under German law.
2.14 Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the user agrees to indemnify and hold Atlas Insights harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of the user's unlawful use of the service or violation of these Terms.
2.15 Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the user is a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has habitual residence remain unaffected. Exclusive place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Heidelberg, Germany.
2.16 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected to the extent permitted by law.
2.17 Changes to the Terms
Atlas Insights may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website applies from its effective date.
